Policies for Sales Room pieces, custom work, rentals, payment, shipping and returns.
Buyer Beware:
Majority of the items are “one and only” designer original garments. It is common that the item has been used for photoshoots and fashion shows and might show minor usage/wear signs. All original items are dry cleaned before shipping. By NO means should it be considered as a defect or flaw. Most buyers are proud to own the true and real designer original creation with the “special touch”.
Payments:
PayPal, eTransfer, Cash.
Returns
Our art is not refundable or exchangeable.
Alterations:
Majority of the Sales Room items are sized between 6-12 with very little room for changes. If minor adjustments are possible, we will perform those at no charge. It may delay your purchase arrival by about 2 weeks.
Rental:
On rare occasions we are happy to rent the unique gowns for your function or event. We are happy to collaborate with industry creatives. Please contact us for more details about this option.
Sizing:
Most items are made in size range 6-12 and in comparison to the general fashion apparel sizings. Most items fit persons 5’4” -5’7” in body length. Slight measurement differences of the garments and the chart provided are considered normal due to the unique style, materials or techniques used to make the item. If in doubt, please contact for assistance before purchase.
Shipping:
Shipping available upon request.
Discounts:
As-is immediate sales are discounted 10-30% depending on the condition of the item.
Make Similar Dress:
It is impossible to recreate the designs exactly as shown, due to the unique and limited edition of fabrics or embellishments. Please read the detailed information on the “Make My Dress” page. We will be only too excited to create your own personalized version.
